Description

El present contracte té per objecte el subministrament en règim de lloguer de l’enllumenat i elements decoratius de Nadal, del present any en curs 2026, incloent hi els serveis associats de transport, instal·lació, muntatge, manteniment i desmuntatge dels mateixos. L’abast d’aquest subministrament compren les ubicacions del Mercat Central de Tarragona, últim tram de la Rambla Nova i Passeig de les Palmeres de la ciutat de Tarragona. El contracte té caràcter mix, ja que compren, d’una banda, el subministrament en règim de lloguer dels elements objecte de la contractació, i, d’altra banda, els serveis associats esmentats en el punt anterior. D’acord amb l’article 18.1.a) LCSP, el contracte es qualifica com a contracte de subministrament, atès que, segons la memòria econòmica incorporada a l’expedient, el valor estimat corresponent a la prestació de subministrament és superior al valor estimat dels serveis associats.
