Description

La implantació i posada en marxa d’un sistema de videoassistència domiciliària adreçat a gent gran, amb l’objectiu de millorar la seva autonomia personal, seguretat i qualitat de vida. El contracte inclou: - Subministrament de 40 dispositius tipus tauleta, degudament configurats i preparats per al seu ús. - La implantació d’una solució tecnològica integral que permeti la gestió, el seguiment i l’operativitat del servei, assegurant la interoperabilitat amb altres sistemes i a diversos recursos del territori, així com la seguretat de la informació i la continuïtat del servei durant tot el període d’execució. - La configuració, parametrització i posada en marxa del sistema tecnològic necessari per garantir el correcte funcionament de la plataforma. - La formació del personal tècnic del Consell Comarcal i de les persones usuàries, amb l’objectiu de garantir un ús adequat, eficient i autònom de la plataforma, així com l’adquisició de les competències necessàries per al seu correcte funcionament i aprofitament. - La prestació de suport tècnic i el manteniment operatiu del sistema durant tot el període d’execució del contracte, amb la finalitat de garantir la seva disponibilitat, estabilitat i correcte funcionament continuat.
