L’objecte del contracte és la prestació dels serveis de taxi per al transport de personal i càrrecs de l’Ajuntament de Sant Feliu de Llobregat, que ha de garantir-se que pugui prestar-se de forma immediata, amb un interval de temps entre la sol·licitud i la prestació del servei inferior a 15 minuts, derivats de la necessitat d’assistència a reunions, actes i d’altres compromisos professionals de representació. La prestació del servei es fonamenta en necessitats de transport de taxi amb origen a l’Àrea Metropolitana de Barcelona. La immediatesa en la necessitat de la prestació del servei comporta que la prestació s’hagi atendre des de la seva petició en un termini inferior a 15 minuts. La descripció dels serveis, la durada de l’execució i els requeriments i la resta de característiques de l’objecte del contracte es troben detallades al plec de prescripcions tècniques.
