Execució d eles obres definides en el Capítol 06 (Instal·lacions) del Projecte d'obres per a la millora del tractament a l'ETAP Nicolàs de Barberà del Vallès per a la reducció de PFAS, incloent totes les unitats, equips, elements, connexions, treballs d'integració, proves i posada en marxa necessaris per deixar plenament operativa la nova etapa de tractament, incloent en aquesta part del projecte la part proporcional del Capítol 08 (Seguretat i Salut) que resulti imputable a les actuacions relacionades. Queden expressament excloses de l'objecte del contracte les actuacions d'obra civil, adequacions auxiliars, demolicions, moviment de terres, lloses i paviments, gestió de residus i altres treballs complementaris corresponents als Capítols 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 i 07, que podran ser executats directament per SABEMSA amb mitjans propis o mitjançant altres contractacions independents.
