Contract for the Execution of Environmental Facilities West Cross Phase 3

Swansea Council intends to carry out improvement works to gardens within the curtilage of dwellings, including property boundaries, in West Cross, Swansea. The works involve upgrading boundary and party wall fencing, gates, clothes lines, paths and hedges, all carried out in accordance with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS). The contract covers environmental improvement works to residential gardens and boundary features in the West Cross area, forming phase 3 of the programme. Contractors will be expected to deliver these external improvement works to occupied dwellings to the required Welsh housing standard, covering fencing, gating, garden paths, hedges and clothes line installations.
