El objeto de esta consulta preliminar es recabar información de mercado sobre las alternativas técnicas, organizativas y económicas para prestar soporte postgarantía del sistema de supervisión integrado KVMA IP BARCO de ENAIRE. - Identificar modelos de servicio viables. - Estimar los costes recurrentes y no recurrentes, distinguiendo hardware, software, repuestos, desplazamientos, guardias y servicios profesionales. - Conocer los niveles de servicio alcanzables y su impacto económico: cobertura, atención, diagnóstico, restauración, reparación y sustitución. - Determinar las condiciones de obsolescencia, fin de soporte, actualización, ciberseguridad, acceso a versiones y disponibilidad de repuestos. Se debe presentar antes de las 12:00 horas del próximo 15 de octubre de 2026, a la dirección pcet@enaire.es, indicando en el asunto “Cuestionario - Organismo” (indicando el organismo -empresa- a la que representa). Para cualquier consulta se puede contactar por email en esa misma dirección de correo electrónico
