Autorizar la realización de una consulta preliminar del mercado, al amparo del artículo 115 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, dirigida con carácter abierto a los operadores económicos activos en el sector de los servicios energéticos, con carácter previo a la tramitación del expediente de contratación para el servicio de gestión energética y mantenimiento con garantía total y suministro e instalaciónde los equipos para la mejora de la eficiencia energética en 13 centros educativos de Rivas-Vaciamadrid. El plazo para la presentación de las respuestas será de 15 días naturales desde el día siguiente a la publicación en Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público, según los términos establecidos en el documento anexo a este anuncio: Documento información detallada de la Consulta.
