Description

El objeto de esta consulta preliminar de mercado es tener una referencia tecnológica y presupuestaria para renovar toda la electrónica de la red IP de RedIRIS y evolucionar a nuevo equipamiento provisionado con interfaces de hasta 400Gbps. A partir de la fecha de publicación del anuncio de esta consulta, los interesados en participar disponen hasta el 30 de octubre de 2026 para enviar la respuesta a esta consulta y aquella documentación adicional que consideren relevante. Las respuestas a la consulta deberán enviarse firmadas electrónicamente a la dirección consulta_preliminar@rediris.es Asi mismo, para cualquier duda o pregunta, los participantes se dirigirán al mismo correo electrónico consulta_preliminar@rediris.es De acuerdo con la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de contratos del sector público, en el marco de esta consulta se garantizará la no restricción de la competencia y el cumplimiento de los principios generales de transparencia y publicidad, y de igualdad de trato y no discriminación, sin perjuicio de las garantías de confidencialidad. Por lo anterior, esta consulta no conlleva ninguna ventaja respecto de la adjudicación del contrato para las empresas que hayan participado. Asimismo, la no participación en esta consulta no supondrá ninguna desventaja para las futuras empresas licitadoras respecto del procedimiento de adjudicación que, en su caso, se tramite posteriormente. A través del perfil del contratante perfil del contratante de Red.es, alojado en la Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público, se dará publicidad y transparencia de las actuaciones y de los resultados de esta consulta, con el propósito de que se conviertan en accesibles a todos los operadores económicos interesados.
