L'abastament d'aigua potable del barri de Valldeperes depèn de les aigües provinent del pou de Valldeperes situat a l’oest del nucli del mateix nom, a uns 50 metres en planta i a una cota de 660 msnm, el pou té 1,5 metres de profunditat. L’aigua procedent del pou Valldeperes procedeix d’un aqüífer situat amb estrats de guix i s’hi han detectat concentracions d’elements per sobre dels límits establerts per reial decret 140/2003. Des del pou Valldeperes, l’aigua es bombeja fins el dipòsit de Valldeperes, situat al nord del nucli de població i a 690 metres sobre el nivell del mar. Des del dipòsit de Valldeperes l’aigua és distribueix per gravetat a través d’una xarxa renovada l’any 2009, aprofitant unes obres de Pavimentació i Serveis del PUOSC. El nucli de Valldeperes també disposa d’una segona font, el Pou Nou Valldeperes, executada l’any 2020 i actualment seca. El Pou Nou Valldeperes està situat al sud-est del nucli, a uns 800m de distància en planta i a una cota de 635 msnm. El Pou Nou Valldeperes disposa de connexió amb el dipòsit, una canonada de polietilè de DN50 PN10 i una longitud de 1010 metres, i d’un sistema d’alimentació i bombeig solar. Tot aquest sistema no s’ha pogut posar en marxa ja que un cop realitzada la instal·lació es va detectar que el pou s’havia assecat. En base als resultats de l’Estudi Hidrogeològic inclòs en l’Annex 01, es proposa construir la nova captació d’aigua subterrània en un punt pròxim al Nou Pou Valldeperes
