The Borrower is Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska, through a subsidiary agreement with the Borrower, has received financing in the amount of US$31.34 million from the World Bank and grant in the amount of US$ 3.5 million from the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, toward the cost of the Water and Sanitation Services Modernization Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of water supply system Zvornik-West . The Agriculture Projects Coordination Unit (APCU), established within the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Republika Srpska now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the geometric marking of the street, mechanical scraping of the asphalt layer, demolition of concrete manholes, curbs, and structures on the route, mechanical excavation of the soil, removal of materials to the landfill, creation of an embankment and buffer layer made of stone material, installation of concrete curbs, installation of asphalt layers, raising of existing shafts, construction and installation of manholes made of composite materials, construction of drainage, horizontal and vertical traffic signals, distribution pipeline, construction of fecal and rain sewerage, construction of pump stations and electro-installations, construction of drinking water reservoirs performed in Zvornik. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing (IPF) Borrowers: Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting, and Consulting Services, July 2016 (revised November 2017 and August 2018) (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
