Description

consultation des lots 4, 5, 6, 9, 12 du marché de travaux pour la construction d'un espace socio-culturel et l'aménagement de la parcelle ZD13. La 1ere consultation pour ces 5 lots a été déclarée sans suite et elle est relancée sur la base de nouveaux CCTP. Le nouvel établissement sera un ERP de Type L de 2ème catégorie avec activité type X (salle de danse) et N (bar). Concernant le bâtiment, il est en R+2 sur rez-de-chaussée, se décomposant : - Niveau rez-de-chaussée : hall d'accueil, salle de spectacle, office, loge, poste de livraison électrique, PC sécurité, locaux techniques… - Niveau R+1 : salles d'activités associatives... - Niveau R+2 : Foyer, salle de réunion, terrasse accessible public... L'aménagement des abords fait partie du marché en option: Plateforme city park, aménagement extérieur stationnement, plateau ralentisseur, aire de jeux (hors équipement), terrain de pétanque dont emmarchement, enfouissement ligne télécom hors prestation Orange, poteau incendie
