The Borrower is Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska, through a subsidiary agreement with the Borrower, has received financing in the amount of US$31.34 million from the World Bank and grant in the amount of US$ 3.5 million from the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, toward the cost of the Water and Sanitation Services Modernization Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction and reconstruction of the sewage collectors in Trn . The Agriculture Projects Coordination Unit (APCU), established within the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Republika Srpska now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for preparatory works, geometric marking of the street, fecal and rain sewerage, mechanical scriping of the asphalt layer, mechanical excavation of the soil, removal of materials to the landfill, installation of asphalt layers, construction of sewerage, construction and installation of manholes, final works, etc. performed in Laktaši. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing (IPF) Borrowers: Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting, and Consulting Services, July 2016 (revised November 2017 and August 2018) (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of BAM 100,00 or equivalent in freely convertible currency.
