Description

Les obres tenen per objecte adequar la instal·lació existent situada a la carretera d’Organyà a Cabó, mitjançant l’execució de les actuacions necessàries per garantir-ne les condicions adequades de funcionalitat, seguretat i operativitat. D’acord amb el projecte, les principals actuacions que integren l’objecte del contracte són: a) L’enderroc dels coberts existents que no reuneixen les condicions de seguretat exigibles. b) La construcció d’un edifici destinat a recepció, control d’accés i emmagatzematge de residus d’aparells elèctrics i electrònics de petit format i residus especials, amb una superfície construïda aproximada de 98,00 m². c) La pavimentació exterior de les zones operatives de la deixalleria, amb una superfície aproximada de 1.613,00 m². d) El condicionament del terreny i l’execució de les corresponents fonamentacions i estructures. e) L’execució de façanes, cobertes, revestiments, fusteria i manyeria vinculats a les actuacions projectades. f) L’execució de la xarxa de recollida d’aigües pluvials. g) La instal·lació d’hidrant. h) L’execució de l’enllumenat exterior. i) L’execució de la infraestructura necessària per a la instal·lació de la bàscula de camions. j) L’execució de les connexions elèctriques i de telecomunicacions. k) El tractament i condicionament del talús existent. l) Les actuacions corresponents a seguretat i salut, control de qualitat, assaigs i altres prestacions auxiliars necessàries per a la correcta execució i finalització de les obres.
