Considerando que este Ayuntamiento tiene la necesidad de contratar un servicio denominado SISTEMA AFS ,en materia de control y prevención de la Legionella, realizando las correspondientes actuaciones y/o tratamientos en el Centro Ocupacional de Stª M.ª de Guía y sus correspondientes dependencias, por lo que se considera necesario la contratación de una empresa para su servicio, siendo la actuación que se pretende contratar adecuada al fin perseguido.
