Description

Travaux de confortement définitif d'un mur de soutènement en pierre sinistré, situé en coeur d'îlot et soutenant les habitations riveraines de l'impasse du Théron à Cuers (83390). Le mur objet du marché sépare la cour intérieure et les caves des propriétés en contrebas des habitations situées en surplomb. L'accès au chantier s'effectue par la propriété desservie au 4 rue des Deux Frères Paulet à Cuers, qui donne accès direct à l'ouvrage à conforter. Les travaux constituent la phase définitive de confortement faisant suite à une première phase de travaux de mise en sécurité provisoire déjà exécutée sous le régime du péril imminent (cf. article 2). Sont exclus du présent marché les travaux de second oeuvre, de finitions intérieures et de remise en état locative des logements, qui font l'objet d'une prise en charge distincte
