La gestion du service inclut notamment les actions suivantes : l’exploitation comprend notamment l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre du projet d’établissement du multi-accueil ainsi que du projet de fonctionnement du Relais petite enfance, la gestion financière de l’établissement (contractualisation avec les organismes financeurs), l’accueil ou les relations avec les familles, l’organisation et la gestion de l’accueil des enfants, la fourniture des repas en liaison froide, la gestion technique de l’établissement. Le délégataire exploitera le service à ses risques et périls.
