Concession Contract for Ross Bandstand and West Princes Street Gardens

The City of Edinburgh Council has awarded a concession contract for events at the Ross Bandstand and West Princes Street Gardens. The appointed events management contractors, Neighbourgood Limited and Watchtower Live, will provide a range of leisure events focused on culture, food, drink and live performing arts. The contractors shall pay a fixed fee rental to the Council, and each lot is subject to a reinstatement bond. The contract starts in March 2026 and runs for two years, with the option, at the Council's discretion and subject to site development, to extend for a further two 12-month periods. The award date was 2026-03-06.
