Servei d’organització, realització, coordinació i gestió del Mercat Medieval de Santa Coloma de Gramenet, en les dates, lloc, condicions i amb l’abast determinats en el plec de prescripcions tècniques. La gestió del servei es durà a terme mitjançant una concessió de serveis, d’acord amb l’article 15 de la Llei9/2017, de 8 de novembre, de Contractes del Sector públic (LCSP) que comportarà la transferència al concessionari del risc operacional, incloent el risc de demanda, i el risc de no recuperació de les inversions realitzades, si n’hi haguessin. Complementàriament és objecte del contracte la promoció del medi ambient i la igualtat de gènere.
