Concessió del servei integral de cuina “in situ” de l’Escola Bressol Municipal “El Serralet” de Torrelles de Llobregat, que comprèn, de manera coordinada i a risc i ventura del concessionari: - El subministrament d’aliments i consumibles. - L’elaboració diària de menús adequats a l’etapa 0-3 anys i a dietes especials. - El manteniment i verificació del sistema d’autocontrol basat en l’APPCC i la traçabilitat, la neteja i desinfecció d’espais i equips de cuina i rebost. - La reposició del parament i estris necessaris. - La gestió administrativa pròpia de l’explotació (emissió i cobrament de rebuts a les famílies i gestió d’impagats).
