Constitueix l’objecte d’aquest contracte la concessió administrativa d’ús privatiu del bé de domini públic per l’explotació del bar i la gestió de les piscines municipals, que inclou el que tot seguit s’indica: a) El servei d’atenció al públic i control d’accés de les instal·lacions. b) Despeses de neteja i manteniment de la piscina. c) Despeses de servei de restauració. d) Despeses de subministrament de bars.
