Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €100
€35 to €76

Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 45% of their published estimate, half of them between 35% and 76%, based on 174 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.

What this market pays

The buyer has too few awards of its own in this sector, so this is the range of the last 2,000 awards for Other community services in Spain.

Concentrated means the three most frequent winners took 65% or more of the awards; many suppliers, under 35% with at least ten different winners.
