Description

Le marché a pour objet de confier au titulaire la conception, la fourniture, la livraison, l’installation et la mise en service d’une tribune télescopique motorisée au sein de l’Auditorium pour répondre aux besoins de l’Epppd, maître d’ouvrage du projet. Le marché comprend également la réalisation des travaux et prestations suivantes : -Le démontage de la tribune existante, après la mise en service opérationnelle de la nouvelle, afin de ne pas interrompre l’exploitation ; -La maintenance préventive, corrective et réglementaire du nouvel équipement pour une durée de trois (3) ans. Cette prestation de maintenance commencera à la fin de la période de garantie de deux (2) ans, telle que visée à l’article 2.7.1 du présent CCTP. La tribune est destinée à être installée dans l’Auditorium de l'Epppd, où ont lieu des spectacles, des conférences ou tout autre événement accueillant du public. Les gradins, qui doivent être rétractables pour libérer l’espace de l’Auditorium, doivent être prévus pour une capacité minimale de deux cents (200) places, avec possibilité d’ouverture partielle (demi-ouverture) et/ou totale.
