Description

La présente procédure porte sur l'octroi d'une concession liée à la délégation d'une tâche publique de gestion des déchets. Afin de garantir une mise en concurrence large et transparente, l'adjudicateur a choisi de procéder par appel d'offres en procédure ouverte, avec publication sur SIMAP.    Le marché porte sur la collecte, le transport, l’élimination et la facturation des déchets urbains incinérables des entreprises soumises au monopole communal et ne bénéficiant pas d’accès aux infrastructures communales sises sur le territoire meyrinois, pendant une durée de 4 ans dès son entrée en vigueur. Il peut ensuite être renouvelé 1 fois pour une année. La durée totale du contrat, renouvellements compris, ne peut pas excéder 5 ans. Le soumissionnaire facturera directement les entreprises concernées selon les tarifs et montants arrêtés dans le cadre du présent appel d’offres.  Le tonnage annuel de déchets estimé est de 1’140 et le nombre d’entreprises concernées s’élève à  environ 400.    Les prestations sont décrites dans le descriptif et cahier des charges remis aux soumissionnaires.
