Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je fyzická dodávka zemního plynu do odběrných míst Zadavatele s převzetím závazku odebrat zemní plyn z distribuční soustavy, včetně zajištění souvisejících služeb v plynárenství a přenesení odpovědnosti za odchylku na dodavatele od okamžiku zahájení dodávky podle Energetického ZZVZ a dle vyhlášky Energetického regulačního úřadu č. 349/2015 Sb., o pravidlech trhu s plynem a dalších prováděcích vyhlášek k tomuto zákonu v platném znění, a to včetně zajištění regulovaného přístupu k přenosové soustavě a distribučním soustavám a zajištění systémových služeb. Další podmínky Dodávky včetně souvisejících služeb jsou uvedeny v této zadávací dokumentaci a rámcové dohodě (o sdružených službách dodávky plynu), která je uvedena v příloze č. 8 této zadávací dokumentace.
