Kompletní provedení stavebních prací pro zřízení větrných elektráren, tj. zejm. výstavba základových patek (fundamentů) větrných elektráren (dále jen VtE), výstavba dočasných i trvalých manipulačních ploch s vysokou únosností ze štěrkodrti, výstavba servisních obslužných cest pro VtE a spínací stanice, dočasná úprava veřejných komunikací, dodávka a pokládka VN kabelů pod manipulační plochy a cesty, přísypy fundamentů a odstranění dočasných ploch.
