Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je modernizace stávající MR Ingenia Omega HP 1,5T v.č. 70778 z roku 2015 (kterou má zadavatel ve svém vlastnictví) výrobce Philips. Přístroj je umístěn na oddělení zobrazovacích metod. Popis MR Ingenia 1,5T výrobcem PHILIPS naleznete aktuálně na odkazu: https://www.philips.cz/healthcare/product/HC781341/ingenia-15t-mr-system. Zadavatel bude případně akceptovat namísto upgrade i dodávku nové MR, splní-li veškeré požadavky zadavatele stanovené v zadávací dokumentaci. V případě dodávky nové magnetické rezonance (nikoliv upgradu) musí být dodán nový, nepoužitý a nerepasovaný přístroj. Při nabídce nového přístroje magnetické rezonance je nezbytné zahrnout do nabídkové ceny i potřebné stavební úpravy (dle nabízeného typu přístroje) a likvidaci stávajícího přístroje. Zadavatel přikládá Přílohu č. 4 - půdorys budovy 24 v areálu KNTB (čísla dotčených místností 24.1.24, 24.1.25, 24.1.22).
