Description

Předmětem zadávacího řízení je uzavření Kupní smlouvy a Servisní smlouvy mezi zadavatelem a vybraným dodavatelem: a) Kupní smlouva na dodání výpočetního tomografu (CT přístroje) včetně odkoupení, demontáže a vymístění zadavatelem dosud používaného zařízení, dopravy, umístění, instalace nově dodaného zařízení a jeho dvaceti čtyř měsíčního záručního autorizovaného servisu. b) Servisní smlouva na provádění pozáručního autorizovaného servisního zabezpečení CT přístroje v rozsahu pravidelných, zákonem určených, bezpečnostně technických prohlídek, servisních zásahů a oprav po skončení dvaceti čtyř měsíční záruční doby, po dobu osmi (8) let.
