Předmětem VZ je zabezpečení závodního, bezplatného a naturálního stravování příslušníků rezortu MO u VÚ 4854 Pardubice a ostatních vojenských útvarů a zařízení přidělených do jeho stravovací péče, vojenských důchodců, aktivních záloh a dalších osob, např. zaměstnanci na služebních nebo pracovních cestách, v kurzech, na školení apod., a to v souladu s vyhláškou č. 296/2022 Sb., o nákladech na stravování a jejich úhradě v organizačních složkách státu a státních příspěvkových organizacích, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a s vyhláškou č. 209/2025 Sb., o způsobu zabezpečování bezplatného stravování a výstrojních náležitostí vojáků z povolání, vojáků v záloze ve službě a vojáků v aktivní záloze, ve znění pozdějších předpisů.
