Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je poskytnutí služby ve výzkumu, vývoji a inovací na řešení projektu bezpečnostního výzkumu v rámci Programu SecPro ve smyslu § 2 odst. 2 písm. g) zákona č. 130/2002 Sb. o podpoře výzkumu, experimentálního vývoje a inovací z veřejných prostředků a o změně některých souvisejících zákonů, v platném znění, zaměřeného na: Na základě detailní analýzy dostupných zahraničních a tuzemských zdrojů bude v rámci projektu vytvořen forenzní postup (schválená metodika) umožňující jednoznačnou identifikaci předmětů pocházejících z trestné činnosti s ohledem na jejich radioaktivní vlastnosti. Tato metodika bude členěna na část týkající se bezpečného zajištění důkazního materiálu na místě činu a následné laboratorní postupy, které budou mít primárně nedestruktivní charakter. V metodice budou popsány potenciální destruktivní postupy umožňující přesnější identifikaci radioaktivních látek a jaderných materiálů a jejich dopad na stav důkazního materiálu. Dále bude metodika obsahovat popis bezpečného uložení důkazního materiálu po nezbytně nutnou dobu.
