Technické podmínky veřejné zakázky jsou stanoveny požadavky na výkon a funkci a zahrnují zejména: - Dodávku, montáž a uvedení do provozu technologie KGJ v podrobnostech Přílohy č.1 Návrhu smlouvy (Technická specifikace předmětu díla). Předmětem zakázky je rovněž zajištění servisních oprav a plánované údržby kogeneračních jednotek KGJ č. 20 a č. 21 v podrobnostech servisní smlouvy a jejích příloh.
