Předmětem veřejné zakázky je vybudování nového objektu zázemí pro chemickou službu Hasičského záchranného sboru Moravskoslezského kraje v podobě pracoviště „chemická laboratoř“ v areálu zadavatele - v Integrovaném výjezdovém centru Ostrava-Jih na ul. Kaminského 636/12. Stavba objektu včetně vybudování zpevněných a manipulačních ploch, souvisejících inženýrských sítí a včetně úprav venkovního prostranství bude provedena na pozemcích parc. č. 567/2, 575/1, 578/2, 578/3, 579, 582, 1653/1, 1653/8, 1653/10, 1653/19, 1653/32, 1653/34, 1653/43, 1736/1, 1736/3, 1736/4 v katastrálním území Nová Bělá a na pozemcích parc. č. 71/3, 71/201 v katastrálním území Dubina u Ostravy, podle projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby s označením „PS 21-53 - IVC Ostrava Jih - rozšíření technického zázemí HZS“ zpracované společností PROJEKTSTUDIO EUCZ, s.r.o., IČO: 27787443, se sídlem Opavská6230/29a, 708 00 Ostrava-Poruba, která tvoří přílohu č. 1 zadávacích podmínek.
