Předmětem této zakázky je zhotovení stavby „Optimalizace a elektrizace trati České Velenice (mimo) - Veselí nad Lužnicí (mimo) - Infrastruktura“.Investiční akce „Optimalizace a elektrizace trati České Velenice (mimo) - Veselí nad Lužnicí (mimo)“má za cíl celkovou rekonstrukci a elektrizaci traťového úseku České Velenice - Veselí nad Lužnicí, který přinese zvýšení traťové rychlosti a zvýšení bezpečnosti drážní a silniční dopravy a dále minimalizace nákladů na provozování ŽDC. Dalším cílem stavby je optimalizace rozsahu infrastruktury. Jde o rekonstrukci svršku (koleje, výhybky) a železničního spodku, propustků a mostů. Budou vybudována nová nástupiště 550 mm nad TK, dále TV (soustava AC 25kV 50 Hz), napájení NN a VN, nové sdělovací (kabelizace, rozhlas, DŘT, ...) a zabezpečovací zařízení. Investiční akce je rozdělena celkem na tři samostatné zakázky - Infrastruktura, Energetika a Zabezpečovací zařízení, které tvoří funkční celek. Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění Veřejné zakázky je upravena v dalších částech zadávací dokumentace.
