Předmětem zakázky je realizace stavby dálničního úseku D35 Litomyšl - Janov podle projektové dokumentace VD-ZDS zpracované společností Valbek, spol. s r.o. Trasa dálnice D35 v úseku Litomyšl - Janov, označená 3507, mezi úseky D35 3506 Džbánov - Litomyšl a D35 3508 Janov - Opatovec je v délce 10,44 km. Stavba se na svém začátku v km 52,300 u obce Sedliště napojuje na předchozí úsek stavby D35 3506 Džbánov - Litomyšl a na svém konci za MÚK Janov v km 62,740 na navazující stavbu D35 3508 Janov - Opatovec. Dálnice D35 3507 je navržena v návrhové kategorii D 26,0/130. Součástí je i prodloužení v rámci dopojení stavby D35 3508 a úpravy související se zrušením provizorního napojení na stávající silnici I/35. Stavba se v celé své délce vyhýbá obytné zástavbě. Okrajově jsou záměrem dotčeny katastrální území šesti obcí (Bohuňovice, Sedliště, Němčice, Litomyšl, Strakov, Janov). Celkem je na tomto úseku 7 mostních objektů na D35. Ostatních mostních objektů je také celkem 7. Součástí stavby je i 13 protihlukových stěn. Dále jsou součástí stavby přeložky silnic, polní cesty, hospodářské sjezdy, provizorní komunikace, dešťová kanalizace a přeložky vodovodu a plynovodu.
