Stavba D11 1109 Trutnov státní hranice ČR/PR navazuje na stavbu D11 1108 Jaroměř Trutnov v km 133,000 a končí v km 154,175. Jedná se o čtyřpruhovou dálnici s celkovou délkou 21 175 metrů. Na trase je navrženo třináct větších mostů přes údolí o délce větší než 100 metrů, z toho tři velké mostní objekty: 715 metrů most Poříčí, 670 metrů most přes údolí řeky Ličná a 330 metrů most Lampertice, dále dva tunely Poříčí a Opevnění a tři mimoúrovňové křižovatky Střítež, Poříčí, Královec.Na hranicích se česká dálnice napojí na polskou rychlostní silnici S3, vedoucí přes celé Polsko až k Baltskému moři.
