Předmětem zakázky jsou novostavby 2 podobných bytových domů, obdélníkového půdorysu cca 20 (21) x15 m, čtyřpodlažních s obytným podkrovím, v každém 14 bytů, s valbovou střechou a balkony. Jedná se o stavby z tradičních materiálů (betonové pasy, keramické zdivo, ŽB stropy, klasický krov s betonovou taškovou krytinou. Součástí zakázky je také výstavba příjezdové komunikace, chodníků a parkovací plochy pro 34 automobilů, areálové splaškové a dešťové kanalizace s retenční nádrží, vodovodní přípojky, veřejného osvětlení.
