Předmětem rámcové dohody je pořízení nového centrálního monitorovacího systému (CMOSneo), který bude provádět sběr, uložení a zobrazení informací o aktuálním technickém stavu všech ATM systémů a zařízení provozovaných ŘLP v rámci IATCC i na regionálních letištích. Nový centrální monitorovací systém bude plnohodnotnou kompletní náhradou stávajícího centrálního monitorovacího systému (CMOS). Součástí plnění je současně školení, servisní podpora a rozvoj systému
