Description

Cílem této Veřejné zakázky je uzavření Smlouvy o poskytování služeb včetně příloh (dále jen „Smlouva“), jejíž závazný vzor tvoří přílohu č. 3 této Zadávací dokumentace. Na základě Smlouvy bude vybraný dodavatel realizovat předmět Veřejné zakázky, jímž jsou služby spočívající v zajištění komplexní správy Systému VO, jež je v majetku a správě Zadavatele, včetně služeb spočívajících v provádění Údržby Systému VO, Údržby Ostatních zařízení a Speciálního osvětlení, Údržby a Provozu Vánoční světelné výzdoby, Oprav Systému VO, Provozu dispečinku, Plnění role Garanta Systému VO a Pravidelné aktualizace Pasportu Systému VO (dále jen „Služby“).
