Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je výroba a dodávka tiskových materiálů, a to propagačních materiálů určených pro veškeré marketingové aktivity pro VZP ČR (publikace, letáky, brožury, plakáty aj.) a formulářových tiskovin určených pro pracoviště VZP ČR v rozsahu a v souladu se zadávacími podmínkami. V rámci předmětu plnění této veřejné zakázky bude dodavatel povinen zajistit: a) tisk a případnou kompletaci propagačních materiálů, b) tisk a případnou kompletaci tištěných formulářů, c) zajištění zabalení tiskových materiálů dle požadavků zadavatele (páska, PVC nebo stretch folie apod.) v nákladu dle objednávky zadavatele, d) zajištění označení informací o počtu kusů a názvu tiskoviny v jednotlivých baleních, e) zajištění dopravy (včetně vyložení zboží za první uzamykatelné dveře) do distribučních míst - viz Příloha č. 1 HDZD - Distribuční místa Odboru provozního a investičního (dále jen „OPI“) a Příloha č. 2 - Distribuční místa Odboru marketingu (dále jen „OM“), a to vždy na základě objednávky zadavatele.
