The buyer is the National Central Office against Organised Crime (NCOZ) of the Czech Police. The tender covers delivery of a software solution supporting open-source intelligence (OSINT) analysis, enabling forensic data collection (automated saving of visited pages including URLs, metadata and timestamps), analytical processing including entity extraction, creation and archiving of digitally court-defensible outputs, at least 5 user accounts, and initial training for 30 NCOZ specialists.
