Description

Předmětem VZ je pořízení 250 tun sušeného plnotučného mléka (dále také „SPM“) a jeho ochraňování. SPM bude jako součást státních hmotných rezerv majetkem ČR. Správa státních hmotných rezerv jako zadavatel zajišťuje, v souladu se zákonem č. 97/1993 Sb., o působnosti Správy státních hmotných rezerv, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, obranyschopnost a obranu státu, odstraňování následků krizových situací a ochranu životně důležitých hospodářských zájmů státu. Předmět VZ je v souladu s ust. § 35 zákona rozdělen na 2 (dvě) samostatné části: Část 1: Dodávka a ochraňování 125 tun sušeného plnotučného mléka. Část 2: Dodávka a ochraňování 125 tun sušeného plnotučného mléka.
