Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky (dále také „dílem“) je rekonstrukce týkající se revitalizace informačních systémů a technologií zdravotnického operačního střediska (dále také „IS ZOS“) pro Zdravotnickou záchrannou službu hl. m. Prahy (dále také „ZZS HMP“), související modernizace a nezbytné úpravy IS ZOS technologií, dodávka souvisejících technologií, SW, systémového SW a provozní infrastruktury a souvisejícího vybavení a služeb. Součástí plnění veřejné zakázky jsou dále provozní a servisní služby pro zajištění provozu dodaných systémů, jejich úprav a technologií na dobu 4 let. S vybraným dodavatelem bude následně uzavřena „Smlouva o dílo“, která je Přílohou č. 6 ZD a „Servisní smlouva“, která je přílohou č. 7 ZD. Bližší podmínky plnění jsou podrobněji vymezeny v „Technické specifikaci“ (Příloze č. 4 ZD) a „Servisní služby“ (Příloze č. 5 ZD).
