Předmětem veřejné zakázky je poskytování služeb fyzické ostrahy 24/7/365 objektu Úřadu městské části Praha 1 na adrese Vodičkova 18, Praha 1, a souvisejících bezpečnostních, recepčních a informačních činností. Součástí plnění je zejména: • dohled nad bezpečností objektu a osob v objektu; • kontrola vstupu osob a jejich pohybu v objektu; • prevence, oznámení a prvotní řešení bezpečnostních incidentů; • součinnost se zadavatelem, Policií České republiky, obecní policií a složkami integrovaného záchranného systému; • výkon recepčních a základních informačních činností; • dohled nad EPS, EZS a plnění povinností ohlašovny požáru v rozsahu provozních pravidel objektu; • obchůzková činnost v budově a kontrola parkoviště; • vedení knihy služeb a další provozní evidence; • výdej a evidence klíčů v rozsahu provozních pravidel objektu. Objekt Úřadu městské části Praha 1 • Jedná se o sedmiposchoďovou budovu a vyhrazené parkoviště ve Vodičkově ulici. Do budovy je možné vstupovat jedním hlavním vchodem. Na vrátnici je svedeno koncové zařízení EZS a EPS a monitorovací zařízení pro obě vyústění veřejné pasáže do ulic Vodičkova a Navrátilova. • Provoz pasáže pro veřejnost: Po-Pá 6,00-20,00 hod.; So 8,00-14,00 hod. Podrobnou technickou specifikaci, vymezení stanovišť, provozních postupů a vybavení obsahují přílohy č. 5 a č. 6 této zadávací dokumentace.
