This tender establishes a dynamic purchasing system for the award of public contracts concerning containers and container-based units. The scope covers three main categories of need: supply (purchase) of containers, rental of containers, and production of containers, container assemblies and complexes of residential containers. Units are procured according to the current, actual needs of the contracting authority, which are defined on a case-by-case basis within the dynamic purchasing system. The system allows the buyer to open and run individual call-offs over time for deliveries, rental arrangements and manufacturing orders, covering simple individual containers as well as larger assembled container complexes intended for residential use.
