Předmětem veřejné zakázky je rekonstrukce a přestavba bývalého výstavního pavilonu na víceúčelový kulturní objekt. Po provedení úprav bude objekt sloužit jako multifunkční sál pro společenské využití zejména v rámci Národního divadla moravskoslezského.
