Předmětem plnění Minitendru s názvem: „III/220 1 Stará Role - OK Sedlec, km 0,000 - 1,602“ je provedení stavebních prací spočívajících v následujícím plnění: Stavba je situována na silnici III/220 1 v intravilánu i extravilánu města Karlovy Vary, místní části Stará Role, Rosnice a Sedlec. Předmětem projektu je modernizace povrchu komunikace a jejího příslušenství. Realizace bude rozdělena do dvou etap. I. etapa v úseku km 0,000-0,874, II. etapa v úseku km 0,874-1,602. Stavební práce budou probíhat za částečné uzavírky silnice. Projednání a případné schválení krátkodobého úplného vyloučení provozu pro pokládku obrusné vrstvy v rámci II. etapy je plně v kompetenci zhotovitele - jinak bude prováděno za částečné uzavírky po polovinách.
