Předmětem smlouvy je oprava povrchu silnice II/399 v úseku od křižovatky se silnicí II/351 po obec Rouchovany, a pokračuje od konce obce Rouchovany po silnici II/396 po hranice kraje, okres Třebíč, Kraj Vysočina. Oprava proběhne na II/399 ve staničení km 22,878 94 - 28,873 54, s vynecháním úseku okružní křižovatky v km 25,447 - km 25,871 a na II/396 ve staničení km 0,708 20 - km 2,117 51. Obec Rouchovany není součástí opravy komunikací. Zároveň s opravou komunikace bude probíhat pokládka kabelovodů.
