Předmětem plnění Minitendru s názvem: „II/221 Pstruží - Pernink, oprava povrchu silnice“ je provedení stavebních prací spočívajících v následujícím plnění: Jedná se o opravu povrchu silnice II/221 mezi obcemi - Pstruží a Pernink v celkové délce 1,450 km. Začátek úseku je v km 46,674 u označení konec obce Pstruží a konec u autobusové zastávky v km 48,124. Bude provedeno odfrézování vozovky, odstranění stávajících příkopových tvárnic a položení nových, stržení a oprava nezpevněné krajnice, oprava kamenného přísypu svahů, lokální sanace včetně geomříží, bude proveden živičný spojovací postřik, pokládka nové obrusné vrstvy ACO-11+ tl.50 mm a obnova VDZ š. 125 mm.
