Czech Republic - Road works for motorways - D2 Expansion of the Zeleňák rest area - construction works

The Directorate of Roads and Motorways (Ředitelství silnic a dálnic s. p.) awarded a contract for the expansion of the existing Zeleňák rest area on the D2 motorway in the South Moravian Region. The works extend the rest area on both the left and right sides, increasing parking capacity for cars, lorries and caravans. The existing auxiliary lanes affected by the extension must also be lengthened, in view of the extended rest area and the future relocation of the fuel station. The contract was awarded on 2024-08-07 for EUR 14,141,989.40.
