Novostavba parkovacího objektu 4 nadzemních a 1 podzemního patra parkovacího domu, kapacita objektu je 316 stání. V rámci výstavby objektu bude samostatně realizována také točna autobusů a příjezdová komunikace. Následnou péči (servisní smlouvy) je potřeba plnit po dobu udržitelnosti projektu - 5 let.
