Předmětem zakázky je novostavba domova pro seniory. Budova je navržena jako čtyřpodlažní objekt a je rozdělena na 2 oddělení - domov pro seniory a domov se zvláštním režimem. V objektu a části domova pro seniory bude 50 jednolůžkových pokojů a 5 dvoulůžkových. V oddělení se zvláštním režimem pak 20 jednolůžkových pokojů. Celkem je tedy kapacita nového domova 80 lůžek. Součástí domova je i dětská skupina pro 20 dětí. Projekt zahrnuje také parkovací stání, zpevněné plochy, sadové a venkovní úpravy. Veřejná zakázky není rozdělena na části, a proto není možné dílčí plnění.
